DISCLAIMER

During a charity job, we do not guarantee a timeline to be finished. We will work as fast as we can to complete a charity job. Unfortunately, paying jobs help us to do the job we offer a homeowner at a super low discount or free.

Also, Material Deposits are NON-Refundable as we will require homeowners to pay for materials, gas, payroll of at least one employee, and some sub-contractors.

We will not tolerate being rushed or pressured during a charity job.

If we start the job and the homeowner feels that we are not moving fast enough or if they harass or abuse by being ungrateful then we can charge the actual contract cost of the job that is to be completed. The Charity work will no longer be available.

CHARITY JOBS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT!

NO Exceptions!

Example: Bathroom Remodel which includes installing a bath/shower vanity plumbing exc. Average cost is from $9,000 to $16,000.

We will require the full $5,000.00 Dollar Deposit for a charity Jon NON-REFUNDABLE!
